A 48-year-old female patient who underwent pelviscopic bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy. Lt ureteral stricture (1cm, pelvic brim level) occurred at the postoperative 1 month.

Laser incision with balloon dilatation was performed. An indigocarmine injection was done during the laser incision to confirm the appropriate penetration. Then the balloon dilatation was performed.
