We sometimes experience the wrinkled DJ stent over the guidewire (I usually use the supterstiff G/W) at the end of RIRS surgery. At this time, the guidewire cannot be removed because some dusts or clots get in the space between the coils of the guidewire. Therefore, we should removal all dusts and clots before insertion of the DJ stent over the guidwire as far as we can.
