Two DJ stents for ureteral stricture

A male 69-year-old patient with multiple renal stones inside the previous PCNL tract.

When he underwent PCNL, the ureteral stricture was identified simultaneously.

The patient complained of Lt flank pain with aggravation of the ureteral stricture.

Several options are possible: repetitive balloon dilatation, ureteral end-to-end anastomosis, metallic stent, etc.

Now, you can see two DJ stents after balloon dilatation!!

Do you think it is feasible?

How long should the patient have it inside the body?

What type of stents would be appropriate?
