What size of DJ cath would be enough for RIRS?

# Congenital defect with mental retardation (r/o Down syndrome)

# '84 1/27 ASD closure (open heart surgery)

# DM, dyslipidemia on me.

# ambiguous genitalia, primary hypogonadism.


# renal stone

2019.10.14 high fever -> local (Euljxxx)

CT: BK stone 및 APN -> PCNL recommended

2019.12.17 RIRS trial at AMxxx -> pinpoint stricutre at both ureters, RIRS not available -> 4.7Fr D-J insertion and surgery stopped

DTPA: R/L 60%/40%, GFR 37/24

CT uro: LKLPost (x1, 13x12x11mm, HU 1101-max 1477). RKLPost (x1, 4mm).

What size of DJ catheter are you normally using for ureteral dilatation? 4.7 is enough? 6? 7? 8?
